EVIDENCE-BASED PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES
Effective Therapy + Collaborative Care
Welcome, I’m here to help.
IN NEW YORK, NEW JERSEY, & FLORIDA
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing care in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. I have worked with a wide range of age groups across various settings, including specialty clinics, VA hospitals, schools, prisons, and private practice.
In my private practice, I help people with a variety of issues using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and am an expert in obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and PTSD, as well as providing psychological support for infertility and during the perinatal period. I absolutely LOVE what I do and part of that is because I enjoy working with people. By pairing my clinical expertise with your unique experiences and goals for change, we work together throughout treatment. There is lots of room for creativity, learning, and in the right moments, maybe even a bit of humor.
